Peter is an excellent relator. He is top notch as far as I'm concerned. He was very responsive. If he was busy, he would still reply (even if it was a quick text) just to let me know that he knew I was trying to contact him. Peter definitely knows his way around the business, and has all the right connections. His recommendations for the lender was who we decided to use. Because of his recommendation, we had no delay getting our loan closed within 30 days. Due to us selling our house, and needing to get into another house quickly, this was very instrumental in us not having any gap at all. We were in our new home right after our previous house sold. Peter definitely has the customers interest in mind. His experience in realty is very evident in how he gave us great suggestions, and asked all the right questions in order to better help us find our new home.
